This year we have seen large finance, technology, manufacturing and retail clients work with Kineo to deliver key strategic learning programs using story and data driven digital learning. In the finance sector we have developed a user-centric and data-led digital credentialing strategy across areas of risk and technical knowledge as well as a skills-focused learning approach to financial crime that utilises simulation-based assessment and generates data to support skills inferencing.
In technology we have delivered code of conduct and compliance programs that leverage strong narrative story-telling with characters and story arcs stretching across multiple years. These projects continue to push our expertise in building highly accessible content audited to 508 standards and leveraging xAPI to enable robust reporting and analytics.
In manufacturing and retail we have been developing mandatory learning and operating procedure learning programs helping to onboard staff, maintain compliance and promote new leaders. One compliance program has been built with consistent design patterns across all modules with robust ‘test outs’ and integrated data tracking using Kineo Analytics dashboards to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach. This is built in our newly released Adapt Authoring Tool allowing the client to maintain content in-house. While a new values and procedure training programme is rolling out to over 200,000 staff globally with a blended learning design and comprehensive multi-year assessment of effectiveness.
