At Kineo, we know the value of a diverse workforce and how important it is for our clients to have a trusted partner they can rely on to bring their diversity and inclusion training needs to life. It is a key focus for much of the digital learning we build for our clients, across all kinds of training topics. And while we’ve always known how important diversity and inclusion training is, it’s really nice to be recognised for our effective delivery in this area.

We’re thrilled to announce that Kineo was named a Top provider for Diversity and Inclusion Training by eLearning Industry this year. We join the ranks of some other great providers and it’s a real honour.

Here’s what eLearning Industry had to say about our work:

“With some of the most accessible and inclusive tools available, Kineo challenges the perception of learning to deliver exceptional experiences with proven impact. They ensure your learning reflects your diversity and inclusion needs. Whatever business and people outcomes you need to achieve, they’ll get you there with a results-driven approach to learning design.”

Here’s what they highlighted as part of our unique approach to diversity and inclusion training:

  • Engage With Compelling Content. Draw people to and through the content with high-engagement and creative approaches that appeal to their moral compass.
  • Embrace Challenging Themes. Deliver some agitation and disruption to challenge thinking – bland, corporate, and emotionless messages don’t drive change!
  • Accessible and Inclusive Content. ADAPT is the award-winning open-source learning technology behind our custom elearning development. It’s actually one of the most accessible authoring tools in the market.

Case study

The team at Credit Suisse needed learning to educate and support the Credit Suisse LGBT+ Ally employee network; it would need to cover multiple themes, some sensitive, and be impactful and engaging. They turned to Kineo for help – and won an award in the process.
