Recently, we partnered with ING to design a digital-first, blended solution to roll out their innovation methodology called ‘PACE’. The PACE methodology was developed to enable the rapid launch of new products and services, but ING needed a scalable and cost-effective way to build and nurture innovation skills across the organisation. They needed to ensure the PACE methodology became embedded in the company culture, but adoption was being hampered by hard-to-scale classroom training.
We partnered with them to build an academy model to scale up the training through a digital learning solution. Not only did the project save a significant €966k in the first year, but it went on to win four industry awards including Gold and Silver at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards.
Our tailored approach to creating engaging custom learning content and our proven track record of delivering enterprise learning at scale is what earned us a place on Training Industry’s list.
