This month, we’ve introduced a range of updates across M: Suite, Kineo Courses, and Learnforce, designed to improve learner experience, streamline administration, and support more impactful workplace learning. From enhanced reporting and quiz functionality to new compliance content and platform improvements, here’s what’s new.
What is new this month
M: Suite
Smarter quiz functionality in Content Hub
We’ve introduced new quiz functionality within Content Hub, giving organizations more ways to reinforce learning and measure understanding. The update includes support for single and multi-select question types, along with flexible configuration options such as:
- Immediate or delayed feedback
- Quiz retakes
- Banded scoring and personalised feedback
Easier Credly badge redemption and sharing
Claiming and sharing badges is now simpler than ever. Learners can now redeem Credly badges in a single click and share achievements directly to their LinkedIn profile.
Improved reporting experience for customers
Reporting is now fully integrated into the client toolkit and aligned with your organization’s brand colours for a more seamless experience. We’ve also introduced several usability improvements and expanded reporting capabilities to include Skills Bites usage data.
A cleaner, distraction-free direct to member experience
We’ve removed pop-up adverts from the direct to members platform, creating a more focused and uninterrupted learning experience for users.
Kineo Courses
New course launch: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Awareness for Australian Workplaces
We’re excited to launch our new course designed to help organisations build culturally safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces. The course supports greater understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and experiences.
New Kineo Short: Checking In, Being Supportive at Work
Small conversations can make a big difference. This new Kineo Short helps learners build confidence in supporting colleagues and creating a more open and supportive workplace culture.

Bug fixes and improvements
Content Hub
- Fixed an issue where content translated into Serbian Latin occasionally displayed Cyrillic characters
- Fixed an issue where the Ask M: Coach close button could become hidden on wider monitor screens
- Added table header semantics to the Reporting admin tool to improve accessibility
