You acknowledge that certain outputs and recommendations may be generated by AI Features and not by human review.

7.3 Responsible Use

You must use AI Features responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with applicable regulations, including data protection, intellectual property, and AI-related laws.

7.4 Prohibited Uses

You must not use AI Features to:

(a) generate unlawful, harmful, or misleading content;

(b) create content that infringes intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights;

(d) impersonate individuals or organisations;

(e) generate or distribute misinformation;

(f) attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, or misuse AI systems;

(g) use AI outputs in high-risk or regulated contexts without appropriate safeguards.

7.5 Human Oversight

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and exercising appropriate human judgment over any AI-generated outputs before use.

7.6 High-Risk Use Restriction

AI Features must not be used as the sole basis for decisions involving:

(a) legal, financial, or regulatory outcomes;

(b) employment or personnel decisions;

Independent verification must be applied in such cases.

7.7 Data Usage and Input Restrictions

You must not input into AI Features:

(a) confidential or proprietary information without appropriate authority;

(b) personal data unless permitted under applicable data protection laws;

7.8 Fairness and Non-Discrimination

You must not use AI Features in a manner that results in unfair discrimination, bias, or harm to individuals or groups.

7.9 Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor the use of AI Features to ensure compliance with this Policy and may suspend or restrict access in the event of misuse.

7.10 Continuous Improvement and Limitations

AI Features are continuously evolving and may be updated, modified, or withdrawn at any time.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for all purposes.

7.11 Compliance with AI Regulation

You acknowledge that the use of AI Features must comply with all applicable laws and regulatory frameworks in the jurisdictions in which you operate.

This may include, where applicable, emerging AI regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act and relevant regulatory guidance in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Features aligns with your own legal and regulatory obligations.

We aim to design and operate AI Features in accordance with recognised principles of transparency, accountability, and responsible use, consistent with emerging global regulatory frameworks.

8. Enforcement

We may take action where this Policy is breached, including:

suspension or termination of access

removal of content

legal action

reporting to authorities

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

content uploaded by users

misuse of the Services

actions taken in response to breaches
