A multi-device and interactive elearning experience for Frávega
We worked with Frávega to develop a flexible, customised, interactive and multi-device elearning solution to train its leaders and collaborators.
The challenge
The business objectives are that both leaders and employees understand Frávega’s processes and adopt them as part of the organizational culture. It’s important to Frávega that transparency and honesty are withheld and that this reflects positively through employee behaviour and staff interactions.
Frávega approached Mindtools Kineo as they needed to modernise and digitise their L&D strategy. At a macro level, they wanted to convert their LMS platform into a destination for daily use, as well as update much of the training content they already had and up to that point, offered with a traditional approach.
Frávega wanted an aesthetic to represent their culture and their people. They wanted something their employees could identify with, as well as add interactivity in their training to increase the impact of the new learning.
The solution
A brand-guide elearning
Adapt was chosen for the design of two interactive and multi-device elearning courses, both with a similar structure yet adapted to the audience. This addresses the learning objectives for each. The courses are interactive with videos. Components and knowledge checks are some of the elements used to obtain the necessary impact on its users.
A personalised design for the organisation
The visual element was developed with a fresh and simple digital experience in mind. The design showcased the brand colours with images of actual employees carrying out typical activities to get closer to the audience (previously in their communications Frávega had used a more informal stock library icon system).
The results
Customised and modern learning
Frávega’s new performance management elearning course is another milestone for the organization. Already positive results have been noted, at both individual and L&D department level.
Mindtools Kineo has helped Frávega to develop the desired online training that meets the requirements of L&D, individuals and all involved in the ROI and learning evaluation process. With digestible and interactive learning content we managed to keep the attention of the audiences.
Mindtools Kineo honoured Fravega´s strict deadlines for this project and accompanied them at each stage of the process. This close collaboration made for a fluid and efficient experience.
