1. Our Commitment
At Mindtools Kineo, we are committed to ensuring that our websites, digital learning experiences, and services are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities.
Mindtools Kineo is the trading name of Mind Tools Ltd, including all current and future wholly owned subsidiaries and affiliates operating under the Mindtools Kineo brand.
We aim to provide inclusive, user-friendly digital experiences that support a diverse global audience.

We aim to design and operate our digital services in accordance with recognised accessibility standards, including:

- EU accessibility frameworks (including the European Accessibility Act)
- US ADA (where applicable)

We are aware that some areas may not yet fully meet accessibility standards:
- Some downloadable documents (e.g. PDFs) may not be fully accessible
- Alternative text for images may vary in quality
- Certain third-party tools or embedded content may not fully support accessibility features
We are actively working to improve these areas.
7. Third-Party Content
Some content or functionality on our websites may be provided by third parties.
While we aim to work with accessible providers, we cannot guarantee full accessibility of third-party tools.
